A brand new phone system has been installed and while it is not finished you can call and speak with a Member Service Representative. The phone options will be updated soon. City of Portland Road Work-Expect Delays
The City of Portland will be digging up and repaving the east bound lane of N. Killingsworth St. from N. Interstate Ave. to N. Minnesota. Be prepared for slow traffic and possibly delays or re-routing to side street parking from July 26th- July 30th, 2010. Public transportation is still running and all sidewalks are open. United Advantage will remain open with normal business hours all week.

ALERT – Help us Deter Wire Fraud on HELOC Accounts
By using public records some fraudsters are able to gain enough personal information about you to initiate a wire transfer at a financial institution. HELOC accounts tend to have higher balances of available funds than credit cards or transaction accounts and are therefore often targeted. In some instances fraudsters are even able to forward telephone calls to and from a member’s actual phone number so that the called in wire request seems legitimate.
How can you help protect your account? Come into the Credit Union and add a codeword to your account that only you will know so that we can verify your identity each and every time you call in to talk to us about any of your accounts. All phoned in wire transfers will REQUIRE a codeword on the account before they can be completed, please add a codeword to your account today to help us ensure the safety of your account.
